Asked me, my dad and my brother about his likes/dislikes/routine/hobbies/interests and then matched us to a fabulous carer, Lilian. My dad was never the easiest man when he was well, and now he can sometimes be near impossible, but she managed to get him washed, dressed and take him out for a walk every shift. Would highly recommend!
