M. Q.The staff really do consistently try hard to support my long distance relationship with my mother. Arranging video calls, confirming receipt of items I have sent her. This all may sound little, but it means the world to me.
D. K.My mother has been at Eltandia since December 2010. The care she has received has always been appropriate to her level of need. In the early days my mother was encouraged to help others more needy than herself and as her dementia increased, so too did the care and attention that she received. The staff have always looked after her with dignity and respect and as a long term resident she has a place in all the staffs' hearts.
