Amazing place! Both Charlie and Joshua at Emergency Personnel Ltd has been extremely supportive and reliable in ensuring I transition well in my current role, they maintained contact with me making assurances to resolve issues. They have always been reliable and consistent and able to offer workable solutions during times of need. I feel able to trust them to respond in a timely manner and adhere to verbal agreements - their relationships with my managers on the ward have been very good, showing excellent ability to work collaboratively with myself, the ward and the agency. I have worked for Emergency Personnel for nearly two years as a complex HCA, work in a supportive team.Have a good working relationship with manager and with Clinical Lead Nurse, both is always happy to give advice or support us within our role, Emergency personnel go above and beyond to look after there clients and ensure they are happy with their care package. Training is updated on a yearly basis and extra training is given if asked for. Compliance is key and is checked upon yearly. Any issues/concerns raised regarding care package or with pay is always dealt with asap.

I have been working with emergency personnel since 2016 full time in Northamptonshire areas but now unfortunately they have lost all the care homes in Northamptonshire areas they used supplies them so sad the payroll team is best always got paid on time and they are always provided me reference as well but some of the consultant was treating me with no respect but they did not stayed too long But it's brilliant company to work 👍👍
