K. I.My elderly father has been cared for by Hartwig for about six years now and we have always found his carers to be trust-worthy, kind and reliable. In recent years he has had a very regular team who are happy to communicate directly with me when necessary or otherwise through their manager, Olga. Olga has also been very helpful with her advice and offering to liaise with his GP surgery over practical issues such as prescriptions and appointments. I would be very happy to recommend Hartwig from my experience of their service.

I have been working with Hartwig Care Ltd over the 4 years now and I feel very supported in my role. There is a strong sense of team.
The professional development modules and training I receive means I feel both confident and competent in what I do.
During the difficult times in the situation with virus, there was strong engagement with a team both in terms of providing PPE and ensuring that we are well supported.
I and the rest of the team are supported by manager, Olga Pekarskaia and other staff. The managers are professional throughout, supporting in my development and daily work.
There is very strong emphasise on health and safety too.

Hours is to suit their staff, goods salary, paid holidays and managers Olga, Magnus who listens to the concerns of staff and clients. I work 6 years with company and hoping to work more longer.
