I contacted helping hands on behalf of my aunt who is elderly and disabled. They were extremely helpful in understanding the help that my aunt needed on a day to day basis. All the staff are friendly and extremely helpful in delivering high quality care. Would highly recommend them.

Helping Hands have been caring for my mother who has dementia for two years. All of their carers have provided an excellent level of care. They have been reliable, respectful and adapted to the many challenges posed by dementia care. I have been working at Helping Hands for over 2 years and I have never worked with such committed and dedicated people. I started off as a carer two years ago and progressed through to a Supervisor and now Care Coordinator. I work with such an amazing team at the Barnet Branch, who are all so driven in ensuring that both our customers and carers needs are met. The job itself is so highly rewarding, whether it is being out on the field providing the care or at the Branch ensuring everything is running smoothly and everyone is happy and care is being provided at fullest potential. My name is Leona Reid I have been working for helping hands for 1year and 2 months. It's fantastic for for this company. my Clients are excellent. I have such good rappor with them. There is never a dull moment. They are like my own parents. The staff at helping hands are so helpful very respectful. We are not pressured in anyway to do the work. Only if it's very urgent and a client needs urgent help and there is no one else to cover. Sophie our manager has made a great change since she joined the company. It's not the same as it was. we are happy to have her. Also the other girls in the office. they work as a team and get things done.

I first needed Helping Hands when my 76 year old husband became ill and I felt he was unsafe at home while I was at work. In no time at all care was arranged , fast , efficient and very professional. He was admitted to hospital 2 days later , on his discharge Helping Hands were there again immediately to help. After 6 weeks , the carers have got him up , walking and eating , they have helped him get his independence back , and have been an invaluable source of information for me in this alien environment. So , a very good news story , I no longer need Helping Hands . I cannot recommend the Team enough for the standard of their care and genuine warmth. Helping Hands reacted very quickly to my need , are incredibly flexible , even provided an over night carer at short notice when I just had to get a night away.
