My mother is elderly, lives alone and has been fiercly independent all her life. So for her to develop dementia and memory loss has meant a major change, especially as she has always been physically well. Her care needs have slowly increased over the last 12 months and with covid it has been a particularly diffcult time. I have found the care and kindness provided by all the carers from Home Instead to be exaemplary. The Care Manager and the Director and their team have been wonderful and very open to discussion with the family about what is needed and when. I have no hesitation in recommending Home Instead.

The training we give our CAREGivers not only equips them to be competent carers but also gives them skills specifically tailored to working with people living with dementia.
