i. p.They have been exceptionally kind and diligent in dealing with the needs of the residents and their relatives with every effort being made to provide visiting access is as safe an environment as possible. The team are very warm and welcoming and there is a very good community spirit in the home. Staff are friendly and take good care of the residents. Interiors have been recently refurbished and they have a beautiful garden.
D. D.My mothers experience at Alexander House has been one of utter contentment. It really does function as a home and not an institution as so many do. It also has a beautiful garden, caring staff and varied and interesting activities. They also never mind relatives popping in unannounced, which is always a good sign.
