I would recommend Lifted to everyone looking for good quality care for a loved one. The Carers are carefully matched to the people they are visiting. My Mother was reluctant to have Carers at first but after using Lifted she looks forward to her visits. As my Mother’s needs have increased Lifted has been able to adjust the amount of Care provided. The team is always available to help and the App is very useful to find out details of visits and what sort of day my Mother is having. As a relative living a great distance from my Mother, Lifted have been able to put my mind at rest that she is safe and being cared for when I can’t be there. Thank you Lifted.

I just love, love, love Lifted Care! I have used different agencies in the past and have never been this satisfied! The carers are attentive, supportive and experienced. They have been caring for my mother for a year and we are both very pleased. Through the carer’s diligence Mum was hospitalised when the carer noticed she was unwell, she liaised with her team and their swift action meant that an undiagnosed condition was dealt with. They communicated with me and the carer stayed with my mother until I arrived home! I have nothing but praise for the entire ‘Lifted Team’ I’ve worked with!

I am so pleased that I came across Lifted Care as it has really supported me in looking after my elderly Mum (92 now!). There are many agencies that offer care but Lifted is somehow different in its approach and attention to detail. It is clear that the satisfaction customers receive is because of the internal management and culture of the organisation. But apart from good management, Lifted excels in terms of selecting carers who are friendly and compassionate - in other words providing great support to individuals and their families.

I have been using this care agency for about one year now, they have been consistently excellent and are miles ahead of any other care agency I have used or heard about. I have had a small team of carers working for me during this time. This approach enabled the right balance of consistent care but also means that if one carer is off sick or on leave it the care continues uninterrupted. Lifted have proven themselves to have high quality standards and the managers always oversee how carers are getting on so any issues can be promptly addressed. In the few situations where a carer is been unavailable at the last minute a different carer has always been provided so I am never left without. This is extremely important for me as I rely on them to help me bath and get dressed ready for the rest of the day. [In my experience this level of reliability is not the case at all care agencies]. Lifted use an app so I am able to see which carers are allocated to me and I’m kept up-to-date on any last-minute changes. There’s also plenty of opportunities to give feedback regarding the carers which I find helpful. They are keen to provide a ‘good match’ for each client - in my case I have a rather lively little dog so it’s important that I’m allocated carers that like her. The app also has summaries from the carers themselves with regards to each visit. Lifted have been good at providing genuinely nice carers who seem to actively enjoy their work helping people and a lovely to chat with. Because it can be quite scary having a stranger into one’s home to and due to my reliance on their service this is really important to me. To summarise Lifted have by far exceeded my expectations and have made this difficult last year when my health has been poor to be significantly better than it would have otherwise been.

After having such a terrible experience with the previous agency, working with Lifted was a breath of fresh air. The care manager is highly professional, proactive, and on the ball. I feel like someone is there who really cares, and makes useful suggestions without being prodded. Carers are first rate. My relative suffers from dementia and carers are always thinking of novel ways to keep him active and mentally stimulated. The flat is always spotless, and personal care of my relative is faultless. I cannot praise this company enough.

Lifted Care came to the rescue after my mother suffered several falls just before the corona virus took hold. She could not be left on her own. I did not want to put her in a home at that stage. They provided live in care and peace of mind for her, that she would not be on her own and on the floor all night if she was to suffer a fall, and for me, as I did not need to worry so much. Not only did they look after her, they also kept open lines of communication with her partner so he was kept informed. I could not recommend Haezell, their care manager, or Catherine, the carer, highly enough.
