Although our family situation means that we haven't yet been able to set up a care package with Right at Home, we've been in extensive conversations with them in recent weeks and found them very professional, friendly and supportive - Fahd and Claudine in particular have been great, and are highly recommended

I can not begin to tell you the impact [your CareGiver] Jenny has had on Mary’s well being. She is now referring to Dames house as home! She no longer wants to go to Wales. She is very happy here and has expressed this. She looks forward to her visits weekly. They have made a timeline of her family tree. She was stuck on the idea that her brother had died not to long ago, and Jenny has helped her to understand that her family members have passed away and Mary has comes to terms with this. I just think it's fantastic what a change the Dementia Support visits have made to her and thought you may want some feedback.

Right at home were recommended to us to be a great provider in the area. Mum needed end of life care, unfortunately the care provider we had first wasn't good at all. When right at home came in they were brilliant. The management team were completely understanding of our situation, they gave us great support not just to mum but to the whole family. They supported us to understand different things that occur and the process from hospital to home what mum would need etc. When the carers were introduced to us they were also brilliant, we all of a sudden had the right times that we wanted, the carers were the same. I think it helped mum a lot and it also helped us a great deal after doing it our selves for such a long time. I would recommend the carers and right at home over and over. Thank you so much!

Myself and husband are very satisfied with the service we are getting, our daughter having replaced the last agency in January 2019 with Right at Home. Our lovely carer Jackie O'Malley is exceptionally good with high standards of care and assistance and we really appreciate the time she spends with us. Also the agency have been very good with supplying the odd extra hour of help in emergancy situations, another lovely lady called Trudy came to our assistance. Many thanks from Delia and Stuart.

We replaced the previous care company with Right at Home. What a difference! Margaret the carer listened to our instructions and actively encouraged my mother to do more for herself. As a result mum has become much more independent again.

I cannot thank Right at Home enough for helping out at very short notice. I am my fathers main carer and when I felt unwell last Thursday I could not look after him. Right at Home were at our house within 30 minutes of me calling their office. That's what I call customer service!
