My mother enjoyed her 4-week respite stay at Signature Wimbledon. The home has a nice atmosphere, and the carers are so friendly and kind. My mother still talks about it and looks forward to her next stay.

As a member of staff I can say this is a wonderful care home. The staff are very welcoming and there are so many different activities for the residents. The home is always clean and tidy and had a homely caring atmosphere.

Was very impressed when I visited Wimbledon this month. A warm welcome from the reception team, followed by a tour of the lovely home and facilities with the CLMs, Avid & Sandeep. I even got to see a fun Valentines activity involving a chocolate fountain! Definitely worth a visit!

I have worked at Signature at Wimbledon for 4 years, in that time I have been supported to achieve the role of care supervisor and would one day hope to work in Signature Home as a manager. The company is really good for pushing their team to better themselves. The management team have always been supportive of my need to improve my skills and I am currently being supported in NVQ level 4. I have every confidence in our care team to deliver outstanding cate.

I was quite pleased with the care my aunt got at the home, but I feel that I need to warn people that though they advertise themselves as dementia specialists, they only seem to do dementia-lite. When my aunt got a UTI that caused delirium (not an unusual thing for an older person) they didn't think it was right that she should return to the home after being in hospital. If you want somewhere for long term care for your loved ones, this probably isn't the place. I am editing this review in light of the response from you - I can't contact you directly as you haven't identified yourself. I would add to my previous review that one of the senior hospital professionals where my aunt was admitted told that me that they had a lot of dementia patients coming from Signature in Wimbledon. However, in this person's experience, very few of them returned to Signature. So, perhaps my aunt's case wasn't unique.

I have worked at Signature at Wimbledon as a Principle Contractor for nearly 6 months and I have to admit that this is the most Luxurious Home I have had the pleasure of working in. The Staff and Management team do their utmost to accommodate myself and my team, The residents wellbeing and comfort are at the forefront of every decision made, a stance that I respect immensely. I will be sad to leave when my tenure is up though I will pop in for a cuppa when I am passing as I have made some great connections here.

This is a wonderful home to work in, I have been at signature for 6 years and came to Wimbledon in 2020, the staff are welcoming and the care team go above and beyond, restaurant meals offer a variety and can cater for any occasion, reception team are professional and helpful. Activities are diverse and engaging. Everybody works together to deliver the best care and experience for the residents and it’s lovely to be a part of and build relationships with working professionals, residents and relatives to ensure care is delivered to a high standard and reflects on them as individuals.

Signature of Wimbledon feels like a warm inviting care home, the activities are fun and engaging, the hospitality is both professional and attentive whilst offering a varied, freshly cooked menu every day, by a highly trained Food and Beverage team. The sales team are so helpful, kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable, nothing is too much for them, often joining in on daily fun events. The care staff are amazing, thoughtful, caring, friendly and do so with so much dignity. Would highly recommend booking a visit with the sales team....

On visiting the home i always receive such a warm welcome from the reception team. The home has a real family feel and the apartments are lovely. They come fully furnished with a nice modern en-suite in a wetroom style. Some of the rooms even access onto the landscaped which the residents seem to really enjoy. Thanks for the lovely visit.

Seems very good for people who are mobile. If not the resident may be left alone for periods of time as there are not unlimited members of staff. Nice cafe and seems very clean. Parking is inadequate for visitors. However its worth checking out. Rooms are nice with en suites. For some people it could be ideal. Menus look attractive for those who can appreciate it. Garden needs a bit of love

We work within this home providing private physiotherapy services to residents. The staff are highly professional, well trained, and really care about the needs and well being of residents. Staffing levels are good, and they are able to provide accurate clinical information within their level of competence. I have been very impressed with the whole team commitment to maintaining the safety, dignity and independence of their residents.
