S. B. S.It's been 6 months since I've joined the company. Started with full training and great induction which made me confident and pleasing. Management is great with any queries, it gets dealt with immediately. Staffs are lovely, atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. Great potentials to know that where i know I'm going with my career. Courses and other training are available. Always supported with troubleshooting and solved quickly. I will recommend this place as a lovely and positive environment to work with. Opportunities are available to enhance your skills and promotion.
D. A.I have been a carer at the cedars Homecare for 7 months and the company is now under new management. Since then, I have seen a lot of improvements for example I have had a more consistent rota and I have been getting my rota a week in advance. Nowadays there is more travel time between clients, a much better communication and organisation from the office since rebuff. Over the two months of the management changes, I have finally been paid the correct amount and have finally been given the contract I was promised ever since I started.
The office staff and atmosphere around the office is a lot more relaxed.
Overall I would say that it certainly has improved and would continue working here as there now positions to progress up into

A.I’ve started working for Cedars in the last 4 months I have seen a lot of difference in the way the old management dealt with things to the new management, carers are respected, the office is more relaxed now under the new manager, complaints is dealt with straight away, rota is given a week in advance, carers are been given training before setting out into the field. I would recommend the agency to others under the new management
