Our sister has been a resident at Two Rivers for three years, we know that she is very happy here as we have seen her light back up to her old self after the illness and passing of our mother. From the day we first visited Two Rivers we instantly had a wonderful feeling about the home. The staff are hugely committed and treat all the residents as one big family. Two Rivers is an outstanding care home with excellent facilities for our sister and we are so very grateful for the continuous support and service. We really are so pleased knowing our sister is happy and as well cared for as our mother had cared for her. Thank you to all the staff and managers at Two Rivers.

Two Rivers from day one has been an amazing care home for my sister. From Gyan to Anunay, and the lovely staff, they have all made a huge difference in my sisters life, and our family as a whole. I cannot understand the negative reviews, as I have seen nothing to warrant what sound like baseless and malicious accusations. I have found all aspects of Two Rivers to be very well run, and would highly recommend two rivers as a care facilities for any other families and residents that need specialist care for Asian females. I am very satisfied working at Two Rivers Care Home. Two Rivers is an ideal working environment. The Senior Management is approachable and provides support and help to the staff as they really care about us. The Management gives you opportunities to excel and rewards you for your efforts.

When I read these few negative reviews about Two Rivers Care Home I was shocked as I have a younger sister living there since it was opened ten years ago and since that day we never had complain about staff or the manager. The services they are providing is excellent and we go to the home now and then there is no issues about staff. We have been so many times to their annual parties where we have seen with our eyes that staff and residents are treated like family. On other side I would say they are looking after my sister so well which we brothers and sisters couldn’t have done. The reason I am confident that staff treat the residents well is that my sister shows so much love and affection towards them which she would not if they were mistreating her. To start with, the most amazing part of this company is it does not let you feel like you are a employee. It feels like a family. Work is good and great seniors to guide. You feel you are in safe hands. The best Managers I ever met. The residents are very happy at Two Rivers.
