C. M.My grandmother has been in Chorlton Place since July 2020. Communication at the outset was poor but since Sam started working at the home the level of contact has very much improved. We now get regular updates on how my grandmother is doing and another member of staff, Lorna, has even arranged video calls. It is reassuring at a time like this to have frequent and reliable contact with such trusted individuals.
