i have been here at De Brook, since April 2020, i can honestly say the staff team are one of the most caring and loyal i have had the privilege to meet and work with. Together as a team, we have managed to move from a overall requires improvement to a good in all areas. This is due to the commitment the staff have to providing excellent care to our residents.

I visited a few weeks ago unannounced to see if it was suitable for my mum. We were met by Harriet at the front reception whom personified what I would want to see and feel in relation to a caring environment I would want my mum to be in. Harriet was caring, attentive, energetic enthusiastic about all that De Brook had to offer. She and other staff we met showed us that there was care innovation and sustainable business plans within this home. I thank Harriet for not only taking the time to show us around and talk to us but for caring so much about the service she and your staff provide and the residents within.
