I have been an employee at Four Oaks for over 3 years now and have seen a lot of positive changes and improvements over the years. Our residents well-being is always the top priority for everybody who works there, staff will often go above and beyond to make sure all residents needs are met to the best of their abilities. As a home we have managed to keep a positive atmosphere during the current pandemic, residents have remained stimulated with daily activities, and are still able to enjoy their regular entertainment most weeks (singer performs in the garden, following all government guidelines). The new home manager has brought a lot of his skills and knowledge to Four Oaks and has made a lot of great changes. I’m proud to be part of the Four Oaks family.

With caring staff, great management, kitchen, domestic and activities teams, I feel the home is at its best. Just to add, the recent handling of the COVID-19 pandemic by Four Oaks and Kingsley Healthcare Limited, has kept all residents and staff safe throughout, providing any equipment required without hesitation. I have worked at four oaks care home for just over 2 years, best career move I have made. I work with some really good people, I love working with the residents, these last few weeks have been even more memorable, watching family's being reunited with there loved ones, thank you four oaks for letting me be part of your family, and building memories.

I joined Kingsley care a year ago now as regional maintenance manager and I have not looked back once, I look after 5 homes around the northwest and have found them all to be very warm and welcoming and all with pleasant, friendly and hard-working staff. I carried out my induction at Four Oaks care home in the middle of the first Covid-19 lockdown and the whole team were amazing, nothing was to much trouble the staff there are always willing to help and the manager is very supportive, the resident’s safety was paramount to keep them safe, I feel my future with Kingsley / Four Oaks is looking very bright, new doors have been opened which I wasn’t expecting so I’m looking forward to exploring where they lead. So, if your looking for a career in care homes look at Kingsley first.

My mum was here for around 18 months she had dementia and the care she received was great, the nursing staff on her unit were lovely, really looked after her they were extremely caring, mum settled in really well with them, they kept you informed and up to date with her health and well being, the admin team were great too, unfortunately i can't say the same about the manager.

I am an employee at four oaks i have worked there since it opened,I have seen a lot of changes at four oaks all for the better,working at four oaks is like a extended family staff are very caring they have our residents best interest,also getting to know the relatives which is a very important part of the job as we are in charge of there loved ones and to know that they are safe and well looked after gives them peace of mind,we also have a new manger who as put a lot of things in place and made a lot of changes to four oaks,every day is different at fouraoks its such a rewarding job and I am glad I am part of fouroaks family x

friendly hard-working staff, nice handling with the patients, furniture and carpet in the common room unfortunately often soiled, communication between home management and relatives very poor, NO timely information to the relatives about hospital stays, NO notification of the death of the patient
