I was the first carer at Helping Hands Manchester Bury branch. Over the years I have seen changes in the managers. Heather arrived in 2020 and made huge positive changes which is exactly what we needed. It is now an amazing company to work for and the branch team are brilliant. I love my job at Helping Hands and feel valued. Heather and Hilary are always available when you need them.

Carers have been coming to mum's for 18mths. They have been a big help to me and company for mum as well as helping out with meals and household tasks. I have been able to change the hours easily as needed to adapt to mum's changing needs. As mum has Alzheimmers I find the written notes left in the house enable me to work out how mum has been whilst I have been out. A professional and caring company.
