My Dad was given the best care by the most genuine, kind and dedicated ladies. I give them 5 stars would give them 10 or more if I could! They feel like part of your family and go the extra mile to help! My Dad was so poorly and they were amazing and treated him with dignity and respect. All the ladies I met were wonderful but Jamila and Mame are so special and cared for Dad right to the end, I can never thank them enough and I don’t know what we would have done without them, Lina you and your team are simply the best!!

RUKIA ALI is one of the most experienced CARER and Gifted who is looking after my SON . She is extremely reliable, always on time and is prepared to extend her visit to ensure all necessary care has been completed. I believe she goes "that extra mile" to ensure Jboy is happy and safe and comfortable. She is the most caring person, whom I fully trust.

Overall the staff ,both carers and the office staff have been very good and helpful.Towards the end the care my friend needed was impossible to manage at her home and is now in a nursing home.There was a blip at the end but I would like to thank those especially Kaltun who had to deal with the situation . Dawn and Lima have been caring for my mother with Alzheimer’s for months now. Each of them have a warmth and organic caring nature that makes a real difference to not only my mum’s life but us as a whole family. Some people are just made to care for others and these girls nail it, they show real compassion and brighten our days when they pop in. We need more people like this in the world! Thank you

Chiltern have been providing care for my 93 year old mum who has Alzheimer's for about a month now. The office were very helpful in setting things up and answering any questions and the two main carers Lina and Dawne are extremely good in providing mum with her care needs and keeping me updated. Having Chiltern looking after mum is a huge weight off our minds and I would highly recommend them.

The staff at Chiltern Healthcare are great, especially Leena, who is fantastic and has improved my mother's quality of life drastically. It genuinely brightens her day when Leena is in, and it is very, very clear that she truly cares about her clients.

It can be very daunting for an individual, and their family to recognise that there is a need for additional support from a care agency. In my experience the carers at Chiltern healthcare are appropriately named. They not only provide physical aid, but moral and emotional support, as well as pleasant social interactions and bonds of friendship. The carers of Chiltern Healthcare always go above and beyond in their roles and have excelled their positions as carers, and in many instances become a part of the family. Chiltern team members (such as Seynab, Anab, Saphia and Florence) have shown such devotion and attentiveness towards the care of my mother, that I can always have peace of mind in her well-being and quality of life, even when I’m not with her.

Lina remains a constant person in my life following the outstanding care she provided to my mum in her final days, often checking in with me, providing above and beyond service, even though her job is done she never stops caring, its in her nature.

The management of this business have their clients and family of clients best interest at all times. Myself and my sister have used many care teams for our great uncle and can honestly say none of them are no where near as good at caring for our uncle as these guys are. Nothing is ever too big of a problem for them, and they respect and take all on board family requests. Our uncle receives the best care from these guys and and we are truly grateful. X
