S. U.Staff can be cheeky and don't really do their jobs properly. I often see staff at reception talking to each other and my grandad is wearing dirty clothes. And quite often my grandad's belongings and clothes going missing with no explanation. It's 750 pounds a week for my grandad to stay here and receive 'care'.
