This place is spectacular the staff here are one of a kind, the teamwork is outstanding which makes for great leadership I would 100% recommend. 😇

My mum has been in this care home since the beginning of the year and I have nothing but praise for all of the staff. Balmoral Court has been the best move we ever made for mum, she's now happy and content and they have brought her out of the awful dark place she was in mentally for several months beforehand, without any change to medication, which is fantastic. This home is spacious with several different types of rooms the residents are able to venture into giving everyone a sense of freedom. It is "care" that matters most in my opinion, not fancy decor and chandeliers that we have experienced in the past and this is what comes first here at Balmoral Court... "care" I cannot praise the staff enough, all our requests have been met and any teething problems resolved with immediate response. The manager made a very warming comment that sums this all up... "This is your mum's home, so therefore it is your home. If you want a cup of tea, make a cup of tea, if you want to eat with your mum then stay at meal times" This is a massive plus for me, as most care homes have strict policies where you feel you can't breath as a visitor. I must also add that whilst this is also "our home" Karleen runs a very tight ship and her prime concern is for that of the residents. All the staff here work extremely hard and are all very approachable. I can travel home in the knowledge that mum is well looked after and content. Dont be put off from other reviews, take a visit if your looking to get care for a loved one, I did and look at my mum now !! Thank you Balmoral Court.
