Lovely company to work for, I felt so welcome from the day I had my interview! Very supportive and accommodating management, always someone on the end of the phone if you need anything. I have loved my time at kareplus and would recommend the company to work for anyone wanting to work in healthcare.

Since joining I came to realise a made the right choice as not only we have a fantastic management (Roo) and consultant (Chelsea) in place, we also have a key driving force in the shape of Iki and Ricki who with no doubt in my mind are taking Kare Plus to another level of Nursing and Care Support. Personally speaking they are definitely a hair breadth away from being Number 1 company in the country and I’m so proud to be part of a team who are going places ( come and join us and I promise you will not be disappointed).

I've worked for Kare Plus for a short time, and in that time I can honestly say they are the BEST, very supportive, we've had a laugh, I ended up with Covid-19, the support off Iki and Ricki was outstanding, they offered to do my shopping, even to take my dog for a walk for me, due to my husband having Covid-19 pneumonia I'm having to leave my job to care for him, yet still getting the same support, and being there, I have worked for some big companies and never got the support as I am getting from Kare Plus Newcastle, I would highly recommend this company to work for or if you need carers, You need Kare Plus
