P. E.Very early days, I know, but I cannot say enough about the lovely welcome my mam and I received at Leazes Hall today. We were both very anxious about this huge step for mam, moving into a care home.
A huge thank you to the friendly staff who made today easier for us to cope with.
M. P.My husband recently spent 7 weeks in Leazes Hall following 2 weeks in hospital. The furnishings are a bit outdated. The staff were wonderful and caring. The food was substantial and varied. He was always dressed and shaved. Any concerns were quickly and appropriately addressed by Linda the Manager. Big thank you to everyone.
