Cara have been brilliant throughout our family's experience of them. Their communication and level of care has been very high. The carers have been incredibly vigilant and have made a very positive impact for us. On numerous occasions they have gone the extra mile do to favours that are beyond the call of duty. And when something urgent happens - as I've unfortunately experienced a few times - they have been superb and reacted very quickly. They clearly care about their clients but also their staff - and we haven;'t seen the constant changing of staff that can disrupt and complicate things. There have been regular people who we've come to know, trust and appreciate hugely. Happy to recommend them - and am very thankful for their work and professionalism.

Cara Care provides a consistently high standard of care for my 90 year old mother. Nothing is too much for them, they provide companionship as well as assistance in daily care needs. The staff are without fail; polite, conscientious, cheerful, and professional. We feel lucky to have found such a caring and considerate team.

I worked for cara care and I absolutely loved it. The company was amazing. They were amazing with working my hours around school hours with my four children. The clients are amazing and I never heard a complaint while working there. I only had to leave my position due to personal reasons but the company has stayed in contact since leaving which most dont. Working for cara care encouraged me to take a road into nursing. The staff at cara care are amazing and have always done their work to the highest standard.
