Great home. Fantastic activities. I was so impressed how the lady played the piano after so many years. The home is full of music which all can enjoyed. Well done to the Creative Leadership and the team behind it!!

I am a professional solo vocalist who works within Collingtree care home regularly. I love working here because the team are so incredible alongside a fantastic location and impeccable service levels. I always enjoy my time entertaining the residents at Collingtree as part of their extensive activities programme.

The home has very high standards of care giving resident’s family’s peace of mind that their loved one is being treated with respect and dignity. The rooms are spacious and have en-suite facilities; residents are able to display family photographs and other precious momentoes. They have a good choice of menu to suit everyone. Plenty of stimulating activities for residents to participate at all levels of interest. Wonderful staff all dedicated to the care and well being of our loved ones.

It is evident the residents are happy and they have choice and freedom where possible, they decide how they live their life and what they do each day everything resident-led. It is a delight to see residents enjoying an activity, chatting together over lunch, or happy at the end of the day, it can only make you smile. Thanks to the management and staff this home is outstanding.

A really love care home. Warm and welcoming staff who genuinely care for the residents. A beautiful well kept setting. The activities team in particular have been amazing over the last year in keeping the residents entertained and their spirits up in what has been really difficult circumstances when friends and family have been unable to visit. They go above and beyond.

Have worked at Collingtree a number of times over many years and always well presented and looked after, credit to Tracey, Simon and the team. One of the loveliest homes I've visited, and I've been to alot ! Would highly recommend.

My late mother was in this home for two years and our experience was so positive that we chose Collingtree Park again for my mother-in-law too. The staff genuinely care for our family members, and clearly for all other residents and families too. There is a strong community atmosphere which is inclusive, fun, patient and understanding. My mother-in-law is disabled however nothing is insurmountable. The staff and management work as a cohesive and respectful team. Their communication is second to none, within the home and with families. Thank you.

My Gran was brilliantly cared for, for over a year, right up until her death from Alzheimer’s. I work in a Hospice and she genuinely received excellent specialist palliative care in Collingtree - VERY rare and greatly appreciated by the family. Thank you to all the amazing staff for everything ❤️

I came here to sing on the open day on Saturday18th Jan. What a lovely place! Such a warm welcome and family atmosphere. It was so lovely to see the staff engaging with the residents and getting them up and dancing and singing along. It was a pleasure to perform here.

So...Collingtree Park Care Home is one of our clients. It is a pleasure to provide them with our Disable Taxi Service, as they are very efficient and always on time and if we are early to pick up a resident, we even get a lovely cup of coffee while we are waiting. All the staff are polite and it's a pleasure going there.
