G. O.During the short visit at the home, it appears to be Good, the staff were courteous and helpful. And the home looks clean and tidy. And most important of all our loved one looks cared for properly. Concerns, having worked myself in hospital's, EMI Nursing home's, mental health homes, and with disadvantaged young adults. The things I picked up on was moving and handling issues, e.g. picking up service users from underneath their arms, a practice that had long gone out, it is abuse. Please use appropriate equipment for moving and handling handling belts etc. Also a member of staff when questioned had issues with the level of training offerd.
