Able Care have been responsible for Mum's care for the past 3 years providing 24/7 live in care to her at home. The whole experience from her initial assessment and care plan to meeting her changing circumstances has been excellent. Mum had a number of regular carers which really helped her continuity of care and Michelle and Kim have been great at responding to us when there were issues to be resolved. Very professional, caring and would happily recommend.

I can thoroughly recommend Able Care Agency and am completely satisfied with their service, both in terms of the carers and also the office staff. They have been supporting my elderly mother, with live-in care, for the last 12 months and both she and I are extremely happy with their professionalism and their genuinely caring attitude. The carers my mum has are all such lovely people who really go above and beyond to make her comfortable and to meet her needs, physically and emotionally. It's a huge relief to me to know they are taking such good care of her and are so trustworthy. And Mum is happy and grateful to be in her own home, with people she knows and familiar things around her. I do believe they have kept her going this year and that their quick actions and professionalism have meant she avoided a lengthy stay in hospital when she developed pneumonia. I couldn't ask for more.

Able Care have been excellent looking after our mother over the last 2 years. My mother had dementia, however, with the help of the carers at Able Care we were able to keep her in her own home which is what my mother and our family wanted. We found all the staff who were provided very caring and conscientious. Two of the carers were there for the 2 years my mother needed live in care. Especially during these difficult COVID times, Able provided continuity of care which was so important. Thank you to all the staff and carers at Able.

My family cannot thank Able Care Agency enough for the unbelievably thorough, thoughtful and compassionate service provided. Providing live in care for your loved ones is a very stressful and worrying phase of life. Michelle visited our family home and immediately all our worries and concerns were sympathetically answered and mum my sister and myself were instantly put at ease. Michelle is a totally honest and caring person and it is so easy to pick the phone up to her with any concerns you may have. Introducing a stranger into your home is never going to be easy but I can honestly say that our carer has been an absolute delight from the minute she arrived. Nothing is too much trouble and mum 89 has taken to her immediately. The relief for my sister and I knowing mum and dad are in safe hands is priceless. I don’t know what we’d of done without Able Care over the past 3 years. We first contacted them as my mother, who has dementia, had broken her hip, and we needed help to get her home from hospital. From that day to this my father knew he had a live in carer who could take the responsibility of running the house, whilst also providing invaluable support for my mother’s needs. It’s only because those needs have become so extreme that she has had to go into care. In general all the carers were excellent, and we would thoroughly recommend Able Care.

The Ablecare agency has provided me with live-in care for 2 elderly relatives - one with no mobility after a serious car accident and more recently another with Alzheimer's causing increasing dementia. The agency is extremely professional and efficient but also caring and sympathetic. The office goes to great lengths to find just the right carers for the client they are looking after. Their service is reliable, personal and carefully matched to the requirements of the client. Once suitable cares have been identified the office does its best to ensure that there is continuity so that the same small team of carers is kept in place. The care plan is updated regularly involving personal visits from members of the office team and staff are always available to discuss any changes that become necessary in details of the care required. The professionalism of the carers is carefully monitored and my experience has been that they employ a very high standard of carer. I have been happy to recommend Ablecare to others.

I have worked with Able care for over a year now and the manager Michelle and the other girls in the office have been so supportive and caring to me and the client. No problem is to big or small for them and it is always dealt quickly .All carers are manual handling trained and go to appropriate clients,carers know the legal side of the training and consequences if they don't adhere to the rules .This is an amazing , family run business and I wish I had done the job years ago.Yes some clients can be difficult etc but Michelle always puts the right carer to the right client ,the company has clients all over East Anglia ,I only have the upmost respect for Michelle and the team as it can't be easy in the office sorting out weekly jobs, problems etc. Here is to me enjoying more years working with Able Care

I’ve been a Carer with Able Care Agency for seven and a half years and I can honestly say that it is a wonderful, family oriented Care Agency. A lot of time is spent matching the right Carer to the client and if for any reason there is any conflict between Carer and Client or even family members, a resolution is found very quickly. There are always training opportunities and if I have any queries regarding a client’s care then I know that someone is always available to help me. Manual handling training is renewed every year and Carers follow the guidelines for each individual client as no two people have the same needs. I have been a Carer for 19 years in total and would not go to another agency, and am confident that should a family member of mine ever need Live In Care then Able Care would provide a top rate service.
