It was my absolute privilege along with my associate, Hannah, to come and provide a Music based activity session at Hethersett Hall. Charlotte and the team were fabulous hosts and the facilities were second to none. I was impressed with the depth of care and interaction which made our job much easier. We look forward to coming again in the not too distant future!

Hethersett Hall care home is a fantastic care home. The atmosphere created within the home is welcoming and friendly thanks to the excellent staff. The staff have created a care home where the residents can become friends and it is a lovely home to visit. If I had a loved one who needed to move into a care home, I would not hesitate to suggest Hethersett Hall to my family. Keep up the good work everyone.

I cannot speak more highly of Hethersett Hall. My dear father spent his last days here and the care he received was second to none. All the staff are attentive, positive and cheerful. The beautiful grounds and buildings are equally well cared for and the many varied activities and themed events always carried out with regularity and enthusiasm. Hethersett Hall is a happy place of which I have fond memories. I would very much recommend.

Birdies Boutique clothing have visited Hethersett Hall several times to set up a pop up clothing shop. We have always been blown away by the dignity and respect that is shown to everyone in their care. The relationships between care staff and residents is professional yet one of understanding and compassion. It is one of our favourite places to visit and would absolutely recommend it for anyones loved one.

For the past year we have been visiting Hethersett Hall as volunteers. As we turn into the drive we always read the well presented banner which shows what's on. The tree lined drive and well kept grounds give a relaxing feel when approaching the hall as we enter the well kept reception area, there is always a warm welcome, friendly and helpful staff. The Cafe Lounge for visitors, residents and their families is a comfortable and relaxing place to be. There is a display of delicious cakes and savoury snacks made by the kitchen staff. We find there is always a good atmosphere and residents are in good spirits. For us it is a pleasure to be a small part of the cheerful team and it is nice for us to make new friends with the residents.

I always find the staff are friendly and caring and seem genuinely interested in the residents happiness. They provide a good range of activities and Charlotte is such a lovely upbeat young lady. I'm always happy when I visit that the residents are being cared for and their needs are thought about

From my contacts with Hethersett Hall, it's clear that the residents are very well cared for, not only in terms of their physical and mental needs, but also spiritually. During the coronavirus pandemic, since our church began sharing our Sunday morning services by Zoom, the residents have joined our online congregation every week, and we're delighted to have them with us.

I have attended craft fayres at Hethersett Hall for 3 years now and it is always such a pleasure. They are so well organised and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. The Christmas fayre market has always been so well supported and attended with a lovely warm, happy, family atmosphere. The setting and building is so beautiful. Thank you especially Charlotte for having Hurley Burley jewellery at your fayres -look forward to the next one.

Fantastic home that I have the privilege visiting weekly. The location allows for plenty of fresh air and the house has amazing views where eve you are. The manager is always smiley friendly and available for you and the activity coordinators make sure that residents are engaging in meaningful and fun projects. Would defined recommend a visit if you are thinking of having your loved one looked after there.

Been working there for nearly 2 years as an activity fitness instructor alongside 10 other homes in Norfolk and this place is just a delight. Staff are so caring and the home is so welcoming. Residents get everything they want and I never hear a complaint form them at all. Highly recommend a visit in one of their events which are always great fun and they look after you too. Love it. 😃

We have a steel pan band called 'Spangle' and were invited to play at a 'Caribbean day' held at Hethersett Hall. We enjoyed playing at such a well organised event and it was a pleasure observing the residents and their family members enjoying the day. Congratulations to Emily, Charlotte and all the staff who worked so hard to ensure everybody had a great day.

We are a local solicitors firm Dawsons Law and have had various clients placed at Hethersett Hall. The rooms are spacious, staff immensely helpful, professional, friendly and approachable. We are particularly impressed with the internal and external activities offered. Keep up the great work

My uncle and aunt came here in October and I have nothing but praise for the place. Everyone has been so kind and caring. One of their neighbours visited recently and couldn’t believe how much better my aunt was for having people to talk to. They had become rather isolated at home and the caring company has made all the difference. No one can ever please all the people all the time, but I think they do a really good job here. Lots of activities, lovely gardens and a verandah to sit and look from, cafe lounge for visitors - all I can say is thank you for all you do and have done.

I visited Hethersett Hall to give a floristry demonstration.
The staff were friendly , the residents were all smartly dressed and cheerful.
I asked the ladies if they liked it at the Hall and they all said they loved it.
What more can you say.

Hethersett Hall is an integral part of the local community with residents and news regularly featuring in my e-magazine Hethersett Herald. There's always a warm welcome when I pop in to write stories (when the pandemic allows of course).
