D. C.My mother has been having Home Instead carers for the last 2 years and is very happy with their care. They offer a very professional service and a high quality of care and support. The carers are lovely, kind people who really get on well with my Mum and anticipate her needs. I feel confident that she is being well looked after and that's a big relief for me. The staff in the Norwich team are always professional, both the carers and the office staff. The carer who I see and am helped by most often seems perfect for me. Much care was taken to find exactly the right person for me and my needs. She is always kind, thoughtful, caring and a pleasure to have in my home. I look forward to her visits. A carer and friend.
Home Instead Norwich have now also carefully considered my needs once more and have been able to identify another carer to look after me when my usual Home Instead carer is away due to her own holiday or family commitments.
