L. T.The quality of the care, the facilities and staff are beyond outstanding. Our mother was the happiest she has been in quite a while during her respite stay. The staff are exemplary, the room was beautiful and so clean. Entertainment was great. Empathy, respect and true care were clearly driving forces. Maria and her team provide excellent care and the kitchen team provide delicious, home cooked meals. It's so good, mum is going back into the Beeches for another respite stay very shortly.
B.I have worked in the care sector for over 17 years . I have to say this is one of the best care company’s I have worked for . The home is very clean and welcoming . The standard of care is of a excellent standard and the carers go above and beyond to meet peoples needs. The care team are fantastic and I feel very fortunate to be part of a wonderful team that promotes such a positive culture and strives to be the best. I hope I can continue to work here for the foreseeable future. Black swan have extremely high standards and that shows throughout this lovely home .
P. P.An excellent place to work in, I experienced unique cooperation of staff, management always communicates with residents and employees as well. The house has a simple square layout, hallways are reasonably wide for wheelchairs. Residents have great selection of food to pick from, large dining room and lounge, spacious conservatory and beautiful garden. Programmes for residents vary, give them options.
Residents are well cared for, they have their own ensuites and shower every morning.
Staff gets paid breaks and lunch for free as well as drinks.
