I have worked at bluebird care for over three years. The office team have been nothing but supportive throughout that time. I have been able to build my carer with bluebird care as they have had many opportunities for growth not only as a business but for employees personal development. All the care team are supportive to each other and only on the other end of the phone if you need any advice, that also goes for the office. Our customers all enjoy the company and encouragement from the carers and it is an amazing feeling knowing your are helping them even in the smallest way. Pros

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Blue Bird Care over the years and have built up a strong working relationship with them. As a health care products supplier and equipment servicing provider, we regularly visit Peter and his team to ensure their care equipment is maintained in top condition and legally compliant. Our Field Service Engineer says that this is one of the best homecare services branches he’s ever come across, adding the training equipment for the staff along with the facilities are second to none. Bluebird Care Rushcliffe & Melton are very professional in what they do, with a caring and empathic team. We highly recommend them to provide care for your family members.

Bluebird Care took over the care of my Father in Law in August 20. He needed 2 Carers, 3 times a day and Bluebird were able and willing to offer this support for him. He sadly passed away in Aug 21. 😔. The care, support, professionalism and attention he received in his last year was absolutely superb. We cannot thank everyone at Bluebird enough for what they did for him. With dignity, humour and love. We won't forget you.

I have worked for Bluebird Care for nearly 5 years now. I feel that i belong to a "family" that holds good values at it's heart. All the team are friendly and approachable. The customer's needs are met effectively by the carers, who are considerate and compassionate and go the extra mile to help their customers out. Management listen to requests and act accordingly. I enjoy my work very much; every day is different. I enjoy meeting new people, spending time with customers and staff, working alongside other healthcare professionals. I’m now coming up to I believe my 3rd year working for bluebird care Rushcliffe and Melton. I left for a short while when I went on maternity leave. I Was so happy to come back, my manager and care team was very supportive throughout my pregnancy and very flexible with my working hours on me returning. All my training was re-freshed, and I was updated on changes to both the company and clients. It felt like I never left, very happy to be back!
