I have worked at Coppice Lodge for 2 years and all I can say is Amazing, not only do the staff and management have a fantastic relationship but the love between the residents and staff is the most heartwarming part of my Job. I'm a Lifestyle Manager here at Coppice Lodge and my role is to make sure the residents have everything they need to be stimulated and happy, I have a very generous budget to make sure all aspects of activities for every individual person is catered for, a resident only has to ask for something and ideal care homes and Coppice Lodge make sure they get it, we have regular social committee meetings to make sure that all aspects of the care home are met to the highest standards. For me personally I have fallen in love with Coppice Lodge and the residents and staff it really is like one big happy family, I feel supported and I'm always offered any extra training and support from management, I feel we are a team, the manager is the most amazing kind, hard working, supportive and efficient person I have ever met and is not one that just sits in the office she is always supporting residents staff and Thier families. We also have such a wonderful relationship with family and friends of coppice lodge aswell as the Arnold local community and professionals, this home really is second to none. Ideal care homes is an amazing company to work for, full training is provided, extra support is given should you need it, they make the homes all about the residents and are all about person centered care, I have worked for many companies over the years but I can honestly say I've found my job for life. Well done Ideal care homes and Coppice lodge you truly are amazing.

I have worked at Coppice Lodge for nearly 3 years. I enjoy coming to work as all the staff work as a team to ensure the residents get the best care possible as that’s the most important thing to us. We have a very hands on management team at Coppice which includes the deputies and seniors that are always their to help the carers on the front line. The residents have a safe, clean and full of fun environment as Angela is always organising days out and activities with in the home. Coming to work feels like a second home.

Coppice Lodge is a great place to work! All of the staff pull together to ensure the residents get the best possible care and are appropriately supported in everything they do. There are daily activities and newspapers to keep everyone’s mind active. Visitors are welcome 24/7 and are made very welcome. The meals served are freshly prepared and cooked by our in-house chefs who are very good at what they do! The home is always clean and tidy and all laundry is done very quickly and the care staff are amazing. Management are very supportive and the office is always open for anyone who needs to speak to them. No matter what job roll staff have they are always on hand to assist residents when ever needed.

I went to visit my friend at Coppice Lodge recently as she has now moved into the home and I was so shocked to see how homely the home is and how welcoming all the staff are there. They are very helpful and will go to any length to help make the residents happy. The management are also very welcoming and know all of the residents very well which is also nice to see. I was offered to have lunch with my friend which was very nice as we used to have lunch weekly together before she needed the extra help from the carers. They also have very good activities on which they said I can come and join in with, which is great so my partner can drop me off or stay as they also have private parking.

The residents always look engaged & well cared for & I hear many families commenting on how great the care is & how well looked after the residents are. This was one of the first care homes i visited for my Uncle, and it was the one we came back to. The building is first class, but the care and attention and genuinely homeliness is what made this the right place. Can't thank them enough, they've made a real difference. Anyone should pop in and see them, there's often tea and cake on the go too!
