A. O.My nan was a resident at Green Gates for around 6 months. During her short stay she received outstanding care and treatment and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we stayed connected. The whole family couldn't thank them enough for everything they have done.

Went into Greengates care home from the Jr hospital
At first we were worried because we really wanted her to come home
We need not have worried , i would advise anybody looking for a place for their sick mother or father to go to Greengates in Summertown
My mum was only there on a trial basis but at the same time , she was very poorly and did deteriorate with her illness very rapidly
The staff from the cleaner's ,health care assistant's,laundry,kitchen reception office staf,nurses and Managment even the handy man were second to none
Not only did they treat my mum with compassion ,dignity ,respect kindness and so much love , but they were there always there
In my mum's last day's i stayed with her day and night they made sure i was looked after fed and that i was coping ok
Oh yes and lots of hugs
And on the day my mum passed they opened there home and their arms to all of my brothers and sisters
