S. G.Longueville Court is a wonderful place. I regularly entertain there and it is always clear to me that residents are happy and well cared for. The fabric is delightful and you get a feeling of warmth from being present. All the staff I meet go about their work with smiles on their faces, and its clear they have strong relationships with the people that stay there. I would highly recommend Longueville Court for all care, dementia and residential needs.
S. M.As a visiting professional entertainer I found the staff interacted extremely well with not only the residents but me, creating a fun and professional atmosphere. V. P.My late sister who lived with type 1 diabetes from the age of 8, aged only 46 spent the last 2 months of her life here and we as a family couldn't be more happy with the care, treatment and respect she and us were given.
They made her last days comfortable with dignity and love. They never forgot even though she was in palliative care that she was also a diabetic. Her care staff made her laugh, taught her sing happy birthday to me in a new language at the stage where she was virtually blind from the raging cancer that was taking over her body..
No complaints from us AT ALL. We probably asked far to much of the team and wanted to be there as much as possible with my sister. But NOTHING was EVER TOO MUCH.
R. S.Longueville Court is a lovely home! Spacious rooms Mum had her own furniture and belongings, home from home near enough.
From Managing staff to cleaning staff they are all very friendly and supportive. My Mum was very happy there and luckily could join in with the activities despite being a lower limb amputee, until she got very sick. Then I couldn't have wanted better people around me. The support I got was brilliant, they were all like part of my family.
Of course you have hiccups, no-one or thing is perfect things go wonky now and then, but once reported it was soon mended and forgotten about. It really is worth serious consideration if a home is ever needed. Only 4 stars because I don't know how to do 4.5. As I say nothing is perfect all the time and I never give any higher than .5 below the highest mark. I can certainly recommend it.
S. G.Nan moved to longueville court last summer and we couldn’t be happier. The level of care she receives is amazing, the care staff are brilliant with her the home is beautiful and clean, activities are always on hand and management is second to none.
