hidden gem My mum arrived at florance house in October 2021on a short stay bases to find out what care home life was like after a nasty fall..She has since moved in permanently and is really happy there. I can not recommend this care home enough from the day she moved in I knew she was safe and would be well looked after. All her care need and more are met. The staff group work hard nothing is too much trouble and they are so friendly. It has a very homely atmosphere to it..I love visiting there. ❤

As a member of staff, I love working here at Florence House. It's a small care home which I love as it feels like we're one big family. Residents and their families are welcome and are included in activities if they wish to participate, they can also enjoy meals with their loved ones and enjoy the home and the garden with them. I feel like I'm visiting my own nan and grandad when I go to work. ❤
