The company is ethical and family orientated, with deep core values and transparency. If you make a mistake it is discussed then extra training to help in the future no blame just support. If you work hard and take on board the company philosophy promotion is available and is actively encouraged to reward the staff for loyalty and commitment. Truly the best company to work for.
