For the past 4 years the staff at Elburton Heights had been caring for our very good friend who had severe progressive dementia. Throughout this very difficult Covid period we could not fault their care. In our opinion our friend had been looked after with tolerance, patience and close attention to all her needs. I write this as a retired GP who has had wide experience in the care sector

My father is very happy at this care home.It is like a home from home,i could not have asked for a better care home.I visit my father almost daily,so i have a very good insight into the way this care home runs on a day to day basis.Management,all of the care staff,kitchen staff,cleaners ect are all very welcoming as soon as you walk through the door.My father is very well looked after,he has gained weight and is alot better in his self since moving in to this care home at the begining of January this year.He has a lovely room,which is clean and in good order.There are a wide range of activities through out the week.My dad feels loved and cared for,my family would like to thank everybody involved with my fathers care for doing an outstanding job.This is the best care home ive come across,and ive known a few over the years.I am always singing their praises,as i want everybody to know there are good care homes out there!Springfields have proved that they really do care,and it shows.x
