I have only worked at Alcedo Care for a short time up to now and I already feel apart of the Alcedo family. Everybody has been so welcoming and supportive. The company has fantastic values and the people working for Alcedo all aim to be the best and for sure are! I have the pleasure of working with multiple people at Alcedo from carers to the Directors and every level of management is passionate and caring. True values, true hearts. Love Alcedo! Xx

Came in to be trained by them and the training was amazing. Seem like genuinely caring and compassionate people. Unfortunately, circumstances arose where they couldn't offer me the job because of issues with some things I said, some of which probably came across wrong from my confusion and some wires got crossed, so this was understandably taken as red flags, which is only testament to the level of carers they actually let through the door to work here being high. I learnt so much in training and It was apparent that they maintain such a high level of care and compassion for people they care for. I could see in the training and the people that I was training with ( both new staff and existing ) that the standards of care are so good that it exposes the level of neglect in alot of other care agencies which was eye opening. Was honestly worth going in just for the training. They gave me a fresh out look on people with dimentia with how to identify symptoms and a new level of compassion for people in care including my own mum! The whole experience was priceless and it really has helped me to be a better carer for people in life and to love people unconditionally. Honestly think every carer should go through the training this company provides. I've nothing but gratitude to this company. Thank you so much!
