I recently visited Dovedale Court, as a healthcare professional. I was wowed when I walked into the home by how lovely it was, the staff were polite and welcoming. The units are lovely and tidy, I could see how caring and respectful the staff were towards the residents.

I completed a volunteer placement here for a few weeks and within such a short space of time, I could see what a wonderful and lively place this is. Dovedale has a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere as soon as you enter the doors. The residents are well looked after and the staff are more than attentive to the residents' needs, going above and beyond each day - even the residents can't sing their praises enough! It is so lovely to see the warmth and affection that the staff display to all the residents. I am sure each hug and smile brightens their day and it gives off a homely, family vibe which is heartwarming to see.

I am a Massage Therapist and have been invited to run some Massage sessions for the residents at Dovedale. The carehome has recently undergone a fantastic 'makeover' and looks very inviting, comfortable and modern. The staff all go 'above and beyond' their roles to do their best for the residents and visitors. The care home runs a wide variety of events for their residents including my services. The Manager Rachael I find very professional, organised and wanting to do her best for the residents, staff, visitors and the care home overall.

Would highly recommend Dovedale Court. Dad has been a resident since 2016 and has received outstanding care, compassion and upmost respect. His care has been 100%. Anybody facing the dementia journey will understand that you have to be greatly reassured that your beloved receives the care they deserve. Dovedale Court has surpassed all expectations, the residents are treated with love, care and attention. A very well run home, with exceptional staff, fantastic food and extremely well maintained.
