Worked for Future Directions since January 2019. Fully enjoyed my experience so far. Received thorough and appropriate training after being relatively new to the care industry, I have been provided with opportunities for professional growth after showing an interest & feel extremely valued from management and the directors. Each and every Person We Support at Stanley Grange live their lives to the highest quality & receive care that is fully person-centred, feedback from the People We Support is nothing but positive.

I have worked for Future Directions for over 4 years now and I love the value driven staff that work with us. The support given to the people we support is absolutely brilliant. We are currently arranging the Christmas party for all the people we support where they will receive presents, food and entertainment. I have never before worked for a company that actually 'thank you' for the job you do on a continuous basis. Love working here and love the job role and the people.

Wonderful and fulfilling place to live for people with Learning Disabilities and complex needs. All residents are treated as individuals and allowed to be themselves while all their needs are being met, by a dedicated and caring staff. We could not be more delighted with the care provided, as our daughter has thrived since being there.
