The training that we recieve is of a very high standard and I feel as though it has allowed me to grow and improve my knowledge and confidence as a carer.
We as carers are always carefully matched to clients and their needs, which helps grow a strong bond between us and the people we care for.
As a carer I strive for excellence in the level of care that i provide for my clients and I feel that Home Intead facilitates that in every way possible.
N. O.Home Instead were incredibly helpful when we needed support looking after my mother-in-law. They guided us through assessing her needs and agreeing a care plan, which was reviewed and adjusted as necessary over time. We would have been lost without their professionalism and kindness. Melissa, Paul and team are utterly dedicated to offering the best service possible to support people to continue living in their own homes across this area of Berkshire/Oxfordshire.
C. S.Wonderful carers and office staff, make you feel they are part of your family and so accommodating. My mum has been having help for 18 months now and she can be tricky but she loves the team that care for her now and I feel I can trust them all. It's lifted a huge pressure from other family members as well as myself. Used another agency for a while as needed more slots, they were so less personal, admin driven and more expensive. Home Instead trained people up to help cover our needs and give us the extra slots, cannot recommend enough.
