The only word to describe MMA is Consistency. It has managed to continue providing the best services throughout the years. MMA was introduced to me by Mr. Rico Tee back in 2018. When I saw Melinda's video introduction, I can sense a feeling of friendliness and security, knowing that she started MMA because she is also a nurse who experienced moving in the UK and she wanted newly hired nurses to not experience the challenges she had during her time. I trusted MMA and they never failed me. Leandri has been there, communicating with me even before the pandemic to reassure me about my application. They supported me during my employer's interview, guided me in processing my papers etc. Leandri is very friendly to talk with. Ms. Kathy and Ms. Leah are the ones who constantly and diligently reminded us about our requirements. Dra. Menchie took into consideration that I am taking my family with me. She listened to my requests and up to the time that my family and I had landed UK and started to settle, she was hands-on in helping us, given the time difference. Until now that I passed the OSCE, she is still there, prayed for us to pass and congratulated me after passing the exam. Ms. Danny facilitated and also took into consideration my family when they provided a welcome pack for us. 2 weeks supply of groceries, which we used during our quarantine. I am also thankful that MMA has introduced me to my employer, whom is so far very supportive, especially for the OSCE training. Challenges came because of the pandemic. Delays, restrictions... I actually considered looking for another agency. I actually passed the interview to another employer. But I didn't like my experience to that agency (which i will not mention). Very demeaning.- a feeling that I have not experienced with MMA. MMA has been very approachable and accommodating to me. Which is why I gave my trust to them. And I feel secured that even after employment, they will still look after me and my wellbeing. They will never leave you just like that. Now, I am living in the UK with my family.
