A. K.One of the best nursing Care home in Hampshire county council. Good management and good staff. They are providing quality nursing care for their residents.
R. O.I don't understand the previous review. This is a wonderful home with great staff. The previous manager left a legacy of fantastic care which has been carried on and I can only assume the last reviewer is not a regular visitor. I would have no hesitation in sending other relatives here, its a great location too, easily accessible but in a nice quiet location. There is ample parking. I would urge anyone reading this to ask around and you will find that the view stated below is an isolated one. I hope the person finds peace.

N. S.Completely agree with Ricky, who brought these reviews to my attn. Google review - had never heard of it!! Great home, I never hear a word against it. Sadly no longer have a reason to visit but always received a warm welcome from wonderful, caring staff. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone thinking of taking the huge decision to place their relative in care. As Ricky says, ask around, speak to anyone who has a relative in the home what they think, or ask the aforementioned person in the complaints dept how many complaints they receive about the home, they must have figures? The cqc would also be able to advise if there are concerns. Harris' Son's Girl has obviously had a negative experience which has left them very bitter and whilst that should be respected, it shouldn't be taken as the complete picture.
