I'd like to say a huge thank you to Kylie and the team for the wonderful care and support that they are giving to my uncle. The home is always welcoming to visitors (provided covid allows) and my uncle feels very well cared for. The home always looks and smells clean and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. I know how hard it is to work in social care at the moment and you are doing a great job - keep up the good work!

Me and my uncle guy who is no good with technology haha!! would like to say a massive thank you to springfield house for everything you did for nan/mum you made us feel at ease knowing she was being well looked after and thank you for loving her just as much as we did!! We honestly feel that thank you is not enough but just know how much we really appreciate each and everyone of you for all your amazing hard work and dedication ❤

The best care home I have ever come across done everything they possibly could have done and more for my family member even during this hard time of covid couldn't wish for better staffing team you all are amazing thanks for everything u have ever done for her
