Cuppa or a chat, Claire , Michael and Lisa especially have made Dads last journey a better one had he have been elsewhere ! And the amazing care staff you did my Dad proud thank you so much !
C. F.My father-in-law was living at St John’s for the past 2 years. Sadly he has passed away this week, and the care and compassion shown by all the staff has been truly incredible. As a nurse myself, I know what to look for in high quality care, and I cannot speak highly enough of how every single member of staff looked after myself, my partner, his mother, and most importantly his father. They dealt with his passing in a very dignified and respectful manner, and the staff went out of their way to do whatever they could to make him comfortable. We will forever be grateful for their support over the last few days.
