C. P.My dad spent his last few weeks of life in this home, as we had him moved twice from two disastrous homes. This home was clean and there were no odours. It was like a mini castle and beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and polite as well as being very proffessional. The care my dad received was second to none and I could not fault anyone in this home. I highly recommend it. Dignity and respect was shown to my dad especially when he left the building. All the carers lined up. They were terrific with the family too and gave us so much support. I can never thank them all enough.
M. S.All staff Work exceptionally hard in a very challenging environment. There are lots of demands to meet and sometimes hard for staff to prioritise. This is health care for you. Residents are loved and the home has had alot of recent home improvements to both the environment and its policies.

B.Comment: I feel i need to write this review due to the read up in the sentinel .I have a family member here with very complex needs and this home has done there upmost to working togeather with me to find resolutions etc to support .They work very hard and keep in contact with me about everything to do with my family member.They are always there to speak to about my concerns to do with familys health matters which are very complex needs.family member gets the care she needs and staff always go the extra mile for us to reach goals and try different things.They have done so much for her and i cant thank them enough.She went to Ash hall very seriously ill 8 months ago n staff have worked so hard with everything and shes still with us now due to the care n attention recieved from Ash hall and there careing and supportive staff.

s. b.My sister Elsie has recently spent the last few weeks of her life in the care of Ash Hall nursing home where she received the best of care that we could have hoped for the staff were excellent in all aspects of her care we cannot praise the staff enough for all the attention that was given to Elsie the nursing home itself was a beautiful building in lovely surroundings we would highly recommend this nursing home to anyone in a position of looking for one
