So nearly 3 months ago I bit the bullet and went to Bluebird for an interview. After working in care for 17 years I was always in care homes and I wanted to try something different after having passed my driving test. I was so nervous going for the interview but Vicky was absolutely brilliant! Vicky was so friendly and made me feel welcome as soon as I walked through the door. Fast forward a couple of months and I'm absolutely loving working for Bluebird. All the staff are amazing and so welcoming and I'm just sad I didn't make this move sooner!

I have worked for Bluebird Care about a year now. Never have I worked for a company quite like it! All staff are amazing, both care staff and office staff. I have now worked for blue bird care for around 6 months. I have worked in care for almost 5 years, and throughout my career I have always found it a struggle to find a place to work that actually CARE and never felt a part of a team. Well I think I have found the place we’re I belong. Not only is blue bird care a fantastic care company for service users, they also care about their staff, and I feel as though I am listened to, where in the past I haven’t been, and felt like a robot in the work place. When working for bluebird, I am mostly working alone, and work with service users on a 1-1 basis. This is an amazing feeling, to not have a boss constantly on your back. I would recommend anyone to receive care from blue bird, all of our service users get the correct care they need, and are loved as though they are apart of our family. Throughout my career, I have never seen this, and I knew that this was the place for me due to this. Overall I want to thank bluebird for such a fantastic experience so far, Keep up the good work!
