It caters for those who are fully independent through to those who need regular care.
Some flats are privately owned, others rented.
A friendly warm atmosphere, with the encouragement of secured door entry systems.
Staff on premises 24/7 365 days a year.
Upper floor, of only 2, is served by a clean well maintained lift.
Quite a large carpark which can become crowded at staff shift change over, residents birthday celebrations etc.

P.Had a course here today the cleaner let me in and was really nice and the place is so clean and nice inside, spoke to a few people who lived there and they said it was like living in a five star hotel, which to be fair I can see why, I would be only to happy if any of my elderly relatives moved into this place,
