I have worked as a care worker in Stoke on Trent and the surrounding areas mainly as an agency worker as it suited my requirements. During the first wave of the pandemic I was placed at Clement court. Immediately I felt welcome and part of a valued team. Clement court is a well managed and funded nursing home and I am pleased to say I am now a full time member of staff.

I have worked at Clement court as agency, is this probably one of the best care homes I have worked at staff really do care about there job and the residents, unfortunately I left here due to always been put on 1,2,1 everyday for 12 hours shift as I have notice agency are treated as underdogs ... even though . most agency worker are more qualified .... this is the only let down but really the care home is one of the best, management could listen more to the staff ... but apart from that 5* remmber if u dont have carers u dont have residents.... look after ur staff mental health
