V. M.Visited Goldendale last night with my husband who has not seen his Mum for 3 years. She looks brilliant. Obviously very happy and well cared for. A very warm welcome from the staff who knew who we were although it was our first visit. Beautiful bedroom and wet room. Definitely not clinical in any way.
The Home is beautiful. Modern, warm, a discreet but lovely perfumed smell all round.
As an ex Nursing Home Manager I loved the place and would give it top scoring.

N.Goldendale is a perfect example of how a carehome should be, it's a warm friendly safe caring environment, where the staff get 100% everyday to ensure that the residents are happy healthy I looked after to the highest standards, my nan was a resident here and she loved it always had a smile on her face when we came to see her, I can't thank the carers and the owners enough, for the top quality care given at this home, welldone guys keep up the good work.
