I’ve been working at NG Health Care since 2003. It’s been 16 years and I still enjoy it. I love the people I am working with- they are hard working and give their best to maintain a high quality of care. We can’t be perfect but we do our best. The management are very supportive and the relatives in the unit I work in are brilliant, they really see and appreciate the staff’s hard work. To me this is like my second home.

The support I have received from senior management has been invaluable and I will always be thankful for this. All staff from every department are so committed to giving the best care and making this a home to all.

Excellent, caring service for my Dad in his final days. The staff were friendly, professional, hardworking and caring. My Dad had been suffering from the latter stages of Alzheimers but the carers and other support workers made both him and his family members feel very welcome. Though the work proves challenging in this kind of environment, the staff handled their duties with care and humour. We are very grateful for all they did for Dad.

I moved to trentham 2 years ago and drove past NG Healthcare everyday and noticed that they were advertising upcoming events and an open day so I decided to pop in. I attended the open day where I was made very welcome. The clinical director showed me around all 5 units and everyone I met on the walk around were so friendly and inviting. I witnessed some exceptional care being delivered. At the end of my walk round I had already decided that I wanted to come and join the NG team. I have worked at NG Healthcare now for 7 months and I can honestly say it’s been the best career move I have made. The support I have received from everyone has been amazing.

My father Ken has been in Garden view at trentham NG Healthcare. It can be a bit hectic with many of the patients suffering from the late stages of dementia. All the staff work hard and the patients are put first. The motto of the staff is when working, look after the patients as if they were your own loved ones or you do not work here at all. Every patient is treated with dignity love and respect and even though my dad can be very violent the staff stay calm and humour him until he is calm again. Keep up the good work.

My husband has been a resident in Garden View since May this year after a bad experience in another Staffordshire nursing home. Since the very first day John has been treated with the most loving care and respect by every member of staff not just in Garden View but throughout the home. I thank the day we met Phil Lloyd and made the decision to move John to NG healthcare in Trentham. Although we know John can never come home we do know he is being cared for in a safe and happy environment. I visit every day and feel it is now my second home and family Many thanks to all the staff for everything

Obvious these reviews are left by disgruntled staff, ive worked here for 9 years, yes ok its not had the best time, but its on the up and has been for a while, staff i know have received adequate training in house and online, new staff do get paired with a buddy and inductions are carried out, any issues are dealt with straight away throu the relevant line managers. I for one love my job, and the residents, its not about the pay (no care pays well) i go in work early and finish after my due time because i care as do other staff to see that all things are done, yes our cqc isnt all that good BUT care standards are, there is a lot worse places out there that do have inadequate, but we dont have that!! Also a lot of people who have left these reviews have not met our new managers who have made some good changes, they are approachable and caring.

Can't praise this home enough, in the three and a half months my husband was with them, he was treated with the greatest of respect and the care was the absolute best to both Paul and us his family, he has now sadly passed away

My Mum has been living here for over 5 years. The staff are fantastic. I have no worries at all about my mums care and would and do recommend it. We as a family are totally supported too.

The reviews left here are from disgruntled staff... I work here, I began my career with NG Health care and the company as a whole has improved since I started working here. Staff care about the residents and we go out of our way to help them anyway we can... I would recommend NG if you were looking for a home for your family member

Well I read the reviews and was a bit worried when my dad was transferred there from hospital but have judged it for myself, I was very happy with the care received to my dad and to my mum who sat with him every day and to us well looked after , sadly he passed away last night but thank you for all you did

The care shown to all residents is second to none. This is EMI care and all residents have significant and requirements, and all of which I always observe the staff delivering with kind hearts.
