J. V.My Mum has just moved in. I expected this to be a very traumatic time for us all as she is 91, not young to move somewhere she knows noone. However, after a long taxi ride, the staff made us very welcome. Within an hour mom was tucked up in bed all cosy and settled after having had a nice wash. She has a huge delicious looking cheese toastie and she looked very content. I went to see her the next day and she looked equally happy. The staff have all been super friendly and helpful. The place is as clean as anything and smells lovely the food is delicious - I am impressed so far!!
